Using the classics especially for high-rise buildings
This module grants you access to one of the most famous seminal classics of Xuan Kong Feng Shui (玄空風水). Back in those days, this knowledge was only passed down to the worthy disciple once the master dies. Now, you not only will have full access to the knowledge, but also the secrets to decoding the Xuan Kong Purple White Script (玄空紫白訣). By the end of the lesson, you should be able to chart and understand your own Flying Stars chart.

PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS PART 1
A game of hosts and guests
The concept of hosts and guests is a significant factor. In Xuan Kong Purple White Script (玄空紫白訣), there is a difference between a Star coming into the sector, countering in or countering out. When you understand the technicality behind the doings of each star, it will give you a specific predictive analysis on what's going to happen in that area. Now, this is PRO level knowledge, and that’s what you will learn in this module.

PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS PART 2
Remote analysis for homes which don't exist yet
In this module, you will study how to look at the Feng Shui from outside in, without going to the place. How does that work? In Purple White Script, there’s a technique called the Replacement Stars. This is a special method used by a few to forecast a Xuan Kong Purple White Script Chart without being on site. Once you have mastered this technique, you can use it to forecast the Feng Shui Chart of a property and analyse its Feng Shui even if that building isn’t built yet. This knowledge is a useful one, especially if you’re an investor.

Macro Feng Shui for external landforms & water rules
Dive into this module and learn more about one of the most important concepts in Feng Shui, ‘Landform.’ Almost 70% of Feng Shui comes from the natural environment and this module will teach you the art of reading and recognising the mountain. Why is this important? Because this knowledge will allow you to understand the full potential of a piece of land. One of the things that an investor needs to know is the potential of the land before they want to invest. As a consultant, sometimes you are asked to go and look at the land in order to see the land’s best potential, what should they build and what should they do with it.

THE DRAGON ORCHESTRATING METHOD
What to do when you want to borrow Qi source that you don't have
Every property is built in a certain direction and area. The same goes to the mountains which are located in a specific direction. There are instances where you may not have access to a Qi source you need due to the orientation and location of your home. But fear not, in this module, you will learn a special method which will allow you to orchestrate and tap into the Mountain Qi and pull it to your house without the need to change its direction.

THE CASTLE GATE METHOD
Future-proofing your home by tapping into the Qi source of others
This particular module teaches you about the secret of the Castle Gate Method. Although it may have some restrictions to it, this technique can still be used to ‘borrow’ your neighbour's positive water formation or use it to 'pull' the Qi from a nearby business rival. What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with all major credit cards including VISA and MasterCard.
Can I pay using a Debit Card?
Debit cards are accepted as long as it’s issued by VISA and MasterCard only.
Can I pay at your Malaysia or Singapore Office?
Yes you may for Malaysia, but strictly by appointment basis only. You may contact us via email: askme@joeyyapacademy.com , FB Messenger or Whatsapp to set an appointment.
What if I do not have a credit card to make the payment online?

Can I make payment in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or Singapore Dollar (SGD)?
Yes, absolutely! Payment can be made via telegraphic transfer, walk-in credit card charge, or online instalments (applicable for certain bank’s credit card only, SG: OCBC and UOB and MY: HSBC, HLBB, MBB, PBB and CIMB).

I see additional charges on my Check-Out page, what are they?
