BUT THERE’S ONE BIG PROBLEM THATSTOPS MOST PEOPLE DEAD ON THEIR TRACKS
The traditional school of thought is that there are always only 4 good sectors while the other 4 being bad. This puts individuals, particularly those living with loved ones, in a difficult situation. Let's assume, for example, you are a husband from the West Group, but your wife, who is also a breadwinner, is pregnant and belongs to the East Group.
In conventional 8 Mansions and what most people are taught, the husband and wife’s good and bed sectors are the exact opposite. Meaning, your good sector is your wife’s bad one, while her good ones are your bad ones. This poses a serious dilemma – how can one person's gain be justified if it comes at the expense of another's disadvantage or negative impact?
Exactly. Most people facing this conundrum would choose to avoid it, rather than risk further complications. A resolution has never been found. Until now, that is.

This includes non-binary individuals and same-sex couples, presenting a challenge to the rigidity of older practices which could not accommodate such configurations due to perceived violations of traditional Yin and Yang principles. What Exactly Is Feng Shui Academy Membership?
The membership is more than just an online program. It’s a complete personal and professional transformation journey. At the core of the membership sits the 3 major components of mentoring, training and tools. The membership also grants access to live events, step-by-step systems, comprehensive curriculums, resources and support.
What Will I Learn During This Membership?
Classical Feng Shui including systems such as The Flying Stars, 8 Mansions and standalone Feng Shui techniques for modern applications and real world challenges. It will be taught in Joey’s proprietary teaching frameworks and acclaimed methodologies.
Membership Access vs Lifetime Access
Are There Any Prerequisites, Books Or Tools I Should Have Before Joining This Membership?
No. Everything you need is in this membership including the workbooks and the Feng Shui Explorer software.
You will however need to have your own home or offices floor plan and a compass. You can use the compass in your phone or the one that is included in the Starter Kit (part of the membership)
Does The Membership Come With A Certificate
No. Certificates are typically awarded only to students of our advanced class or at professional grade programs.
How Long Is The Duration Of The Membership?
One year (12 months).
Can I Access The Course Materials At My Own Pace?
Certainly. For Feng Shui Academy Classic, you have a lifetime access. For others such as the monthly Premium Membership Only Content, you can access them anytime throughout your active membership period.
What If I Miss A Livestream Event?
For membership, a replay or recording of livestreamed or live broadcasted content will be uploaded to your student dashboard (also known as the members area). You can access them from there.
What If I Decide To Take A Break or Get Too Busy?
While you cannot voluntarily pause or suspend your membership account, you have the freedom to follow your own pace completely. If you stop following the live release schedules, just pick up where you left off, start from the top or even skip to the topics that matter to you most. The core training (Feng Shui Academy Classic) is modular and easily digestible.
It is created based on a proven blueprint that takes you step-by-step, but you’re free to jump ahead or repeat to make learning more holistic. By design, this easy-to-follow system ensures you do not get overwhelmed and eradicates the sea of conflicting information out there.
If life gets in the way, such as taking a long holiday with the family or a sudden project at work – it’s totally okay and you’ll do fine. The only exception here would be the Livestream event which we highly recommend you attend it live. There’s just so much more value in the content when it’s dynamic and interactive.
When and How Is The Content Released?
If you're new to the academy, you will get instructions via email to set up your student account immediately upon successfully joining.
If you're our existing students, just login to your student dashboard to view the program.
Feng Shui Academy Classic is released over a period of 30-60 days, with a planned 2 modules a week release. Once they are fully released, you have unlimited access to them.
Feng Shui Explorer – you will be granted to full, unrestricted account within 7 days of the closing date.
Premium Membership Only Content will be scheduled for live broadcast or released in the 3rd week of each month, starting from July 2023 and ending in June 2024.
The 8 Mansions Masterclass is scheduled for a Q4 release.
The 7 Instant Do Not Buy Signals virtual workshop will be released in Q3.
The Feng Shui Starter Kit is estimated to be complete in Q4.

Is This Membership Suited For Beginners?
Absolutely. This membership is the perfect starting point for beginners who want to start right. Your membership includes not just the foundational studies of Feng Shui but advanced applications, topical workshops and the tools that even the pros use.
How Can This Membership Help Me If I’m An Advanced Practitioner?
For advanced users who have already completed the fundamentals, the membership is an essential resource for continued learning and getting wider perspectives of Feng Shui.
Even if you're already a professional Feng Shui practitioner, there's always room to grow and learn. This course is designed to not only accommodate beginners but also challenge the seasoned professionals. It's a great way to fine-tune your practice, explore new perspectives, and spark creative ideas for your work.
Does The Membership Include new Titular Programs or Advanced Feng Shui Programs?
No. Any standalone titular programs that are not listed in the summary will not be included. To illustrate further, programs such as the Professional Pathway or Feng Shui Academy Advanced are not part of the membership. New or unreleased programs (if any) are also not part of the membership.
Can I Share My Access and Membership?
No. This is not allowed.
While it is common and acceptable to learn together with someone living in the household, sharing of membership accounts and it’s privileges outside of the same household are forbidden. The vendors systems for both the Feng Shui Explorer and Student Dashboard, automatically flags and suspends access if abuse is detected. Logging in from different IP Addresses will automatically trigger such cases.
Tickets to the livestream event are transferable.
Can I still Access The Course Materials After My Membership expires?
You have a LIFETIME ACCESS to Feng Shui Academy Classics and will continue to have access to them even if your membership expires.
For other products such as the tickets to the livestream event and the physical Starter Kit, once it’s yours, it’s yours.
For the others including the Feng Shui Explorer software and ‘Membership Access’ content, you will need an active membership to access them.
What If I Want To Cancel My Membership?
Not a problem. If within 30 days of signing, just let us know and we’ll refund 100% of your money.
Can I Buy Just 1 Month Of Membership?
No. At this moment, the minimum commitment is for one year.
Can I Still Join The Membership After The Deadline?
No. Regretfully, at the time of writing the Feng Shui Academy Membership is only going to be available once-a-year. The academy would need to divert all its resources to the existing members, making sure no one gets left behind and that the content is always top-notch.
You can still sign up for the bundled programs as standalones, but you won’t get the same package that’s offered here. In other words, you’d have to sign up at the full price without any bonus bundles or savings.

Can I Pay For The Membership On A Monthly Basis?
Absolutely. There are 2 types of monthly payments available.
1.Monthly: 3 payments of USD 730, 6 payments of USD 400, or 12 payments of USD 220
2.Monthly Custom Plans: 12, 24 or 36 months are available. Some with zero % interest.
Can I Request For A Customized Payment Plan?
Yes, but this is on approval basis. Choose PLAN C (Paid Monthly Custom Plans) and follow the instructions there.

What If I Do Not Have A Credit Card To Make The Payment Online?

Can I Pay Using A Debit Card, E-Wallets and Online Transfers?
Debit cards are accepted as long as it’s issued by VISA and MasterCard only. Just key it in where your Credit Card details are required.

Can I Pay Using PayPal or Stripe?

Is There A Discount or Rebate Code?
No. Unless you are an alumni where a special email with clear instructions are sent, there isn’t any codes.
Why Do I See Additional Charges On My Check Out Page?
These are Value-Added Tax (VAT) that is charged based on your bank and/or location by the local authorities. These charges are imposed by the local authorities of your country and beyond the control of the academy. The % also varies from country to country at approximately 10-20%.
What Happens If I Do Not Pay The Monthly Membership Fees?
This only applies only to those who signed up using the monthly payment plans. If after a couple of email reminders but no updates have been made to your payment methods or payments have not been successfully paid, your access to the student dashboard and members area will be revoked.
Depending on the period of non-payment, you risk losing permanent access to your current package and all its included content (including the 12 Premium Membership Only Content). If your membership is reactivated later, you will only gain access to sessions that haven't taken place yet or haven't been published.
What Currency Are The Payments In?
All prices and amounts are in United States Dollars (USD).
Can I Make Payment In Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) Or Singapore Dollar (SGD)?
Absolutely. Payment can be made via telegraphic transfer, walk-in credit card charge, or instalments (applicable for certain banks' credit card only, SG: OCBC, UOB and MY: Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, HLB and HSBC) or even by Cash or E-Wallet Transfers.

How Much Is The Renewal Fee?
While we have not determined the renewal package in its entirety, the 3 core components of the membership will remain unchanged. Renewal for returning members will be 50% off starting from USD 83 per month (paid annually).
Is There A Refund Policy?
Yes there is. You are 100% protected in the first 30 days. This means, just let us know by sending us an email at askme@joeyyapacademy.com that you’d like a refund within 30 days of joining. No reason is required.
The refund will be made the same way payment was made, within 30 days.
